I do like the rural water supply improvement grants, I wish they'd provide something along those lines separately.

Great! Sounds like a way to finally learn what's out there - everyone in the groundwater industry knows we're guessing about what's down there. Now, lets actually get some professionals involved, instead of bureaucrats!

Ground water is consistently available for single family residences in our area, and single family wells are generly much easier to construct, maintain, & monitor than public supplies - creating less tax burden for the general public.

Brilliant! Not only would it save the money of a few IRS agents chasing waitresses, but it would also get people to play more above board when it comes to contracting small projects (think your painters did a great job? Tip them! it'll keep them from cheating the system on the weekend).
