This is bill is unconstitutional and an infringement on our rights. The bill will create a DNA database that the government can use to frame citizens for crimes, track citizens, and create bio-weapons specific to certain DNA sequences. This is simply wrong.

This amendment would further erode the separation of powers between the federal government and the states. It will create a federal police force and lead us further down the road to martial law. Further, I do not believe that the rapists should be given the death penalty.
