Senator Lieberman, As a senator it is your duty to vote with what the majority of the public wants, and currently it is not a healthcare bill that does not fix anything. All this bill will bring is everyone unable to meet their monthly debt, and much more unemployment. As one Independent to another you must not pass this bill. I believe in you to do what is right for this country, and for the great majority of the americans who want reform done in a manner in which the country will not be bankrupt. Attempting to teach my children fiscal responsibility is impossible if the government does not practice the same rules. The number one goal should be job creation and job retention.

Senator Lieberman, Don't be a political prostitute on Obamacare; a bill that will cripple an already fragile American economy. The US government, (of which you are a part of) will screw this up like they screwed up Social Security. This bill is a power-play to control more private industry and will surely reduce the USA to a third-world caliber medical care. VOTE NO!

If even half of what is in Dick Morris's book "Catastrophe" about the "Honorable" Mr. Dodd is true, he should be walked out in handcuffs, to room with Mr. B Madoff.

He has bilked this country and his constituents repeatedly over his EIGHT terms, and has the audacity to claim that he has done no wrong, when he has knowingly violated rules of ethics even for an average citizen, let alone someone in his position of authority and responsibility.

His father has a baseball stadium named for him in Norwich, Ct., Senator Thomas J. Dodd Memorial Stadium, and he was no better. One of only nine Senators in history and 6 in the 20th century to be formally censured.

I am so outraged at what I see going on in Washington that I'm ashamed to be an American! You childish idiots stand up there telling everyone how bad the other party is and everyone that doesn't agree with your views as if you are really doing it for the people! That goes for both sides, I haven't seen an honest bipartisan effort by anyone! And as far as the government being able to tell anyone how to run their business...you better look in the mirror first! I'm very disappointed in your votes for HR 5349 on extending the Protect America Act. You not only voted to support HR 976 for a mere 21 day extension of this critical terrorist protection act, but also voted to extend the act for only 3 weeks. All this party-line support when renewing this act has been before Congress for TWO YEARS. Your votes show that you're more interested in supporting your party and the terrorists that want to kill us than residents of the 2nd Congressional District of CT.
