Billy Hendricks Jr. was a Democratic candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the U.S. Senate in West Virginia. He was seeking the Democratic nomination to challenge incumbent Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.), but lost to Rockefeller in the May 13 primary election.[1]
