The Office of Management and Budget is the largest component of the Executive Office of the President. It reports directly to the President and is responsible for implementing the "commitments and priorities of the President" across a range of executive deparments and agencies. it has 5 main functions:

  1. Budget development and execution
  2. Management
  3. Coordination and review of significant Federal regulations
  4. Legislative clearance and coordination
  5. Executive Orders and Presidential Memoranda.

The OMB website contains information about the presidents budget, information for various executive branch agencies, documents from OMB's management offices, regulatory information, legislative information, and an Open Gov portal.
