Bill Haas is the Democratic Party candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 2nd Congressional District (map) of Missouri. He is the Democratic Party nominee seeking to challenge incumbent Rep. Todd Akin (R-Mo.). He won in primary elections which took place on August 5, 2008. [1]
