Blake Cummings is the Democratic candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 4th Congressional District (map) of Oklahoma. He secured the Democratic nomination to challenge incumbent Rep. Tom Cole (R-Okla.) after running unopposed in the Democratic primary held July 29, 2008.[1]
