Camille Andrews is the Democratic nominee for the 1st Congressional District of New Jersey

Camille Andrews is the Democratic nominee in the 2008 congressional elections for the 1st Congressional District (map) of New Jersey. She is the Democratic nominee to replace her husband, Rep. Rob Andrews (D-N.J.), who is vacating his seat to run for the Senate.[1] The primary will take place on June 3, 2008. She won in primary elections which took place on June 3, 2008. [2]

Camille serves as legal counsel and fund manager to a private equity fund, Context Capital Partners. [3]

Andrews is the Democratic nominee seeking to replace her husband, Rep. Rob Andrews (D-N.J.), who is vacating his seat to run for the Senate.[4] [5] She won in primary elections which took place on June 3, 2008. [2] After her husband, Rep. Rob Andrews lost his Senate primary, she stepped aside and allowed him to run for his House seat. [6]
