Carol Wolman was a Green Party candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 1st Congressional District (map) of California[1]. She won the Green Party nomination in the June 2008 congressional primaries, but lost to incumbent Rep. Mike Thompson (D-CA) in November 2008.[2]
