"Chuck" Morse was a Republican candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 4th Congressional District (map) of Massachusetts. He was seeking the Republican nomination to challenge incumbent Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.). The primary will take place September 16, 2008.
