Congressional Northern Border Caucus

The Congressional Northern Border Caucus is a bi-partisan group of Members of the U.S. House of Representatives "who serve as a voice for concerned constituents who reside near the northern US border to Canada." 
The Caucus was "originally established in 1994 after the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement. Since then, the caucus has highlighted concerns and issues affecting U.S.-Canadian relations and the economic partnership."
