The Congressional Northern Border Caucus is a bi-partisan group of Members of the U.S. House of Representatives "who serve as a voice for concerned constituents who reside near the northern US border to Canada." [1]
The Caucus was "originally established in 1994 after the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement. Since then, the caucus has highlighted concerns and issues affecting U.S.-Canadian relations and the economic partnership." [2]
