The Congressional Sunbelt Caucus was "a bipartisan legislative service organization (LSO) made up of members of the U.S. Congress from Southern and Southwestern states. It commenced in 1981 and continued to 1995." The organization's records are stored at the Carl Albert Congressional Research & Studies Center at the University of Oklahoma. [1]
