Bio
David H. Krikorian is an entrepreneur and small business owner. He is running for the U.S. House of Representatives]] as the independent candidate in Ohio's 2nd district. He resides in Madeira, a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Early Life / Education
Krikorian was born in Providence, Rhode Island as the oldest of two children. His father, Harry, was a postal worker and his mother, Rose-Marie, was a medical lab technician. Krikorian is the grandson of survivors of the Armenian Genocide. After graduating from high school, Krikorian went on to Bentley College where he earned bachelor degree in Finance and Economics. Krikorian later attended the University of Cincinnati earning his MBA. Krikorian married his college sweetheart, Elena, and now has three children, Ariel (9), Armen (7), and Alex (5).[1]
Career
Krikorian began his career right out of college working as a Financial Analyst for Fidelity Investments in Boston. Fidelity later transferred him to Cincinnati, Ohio to open their regional offices in Northern Kentucky. While working for Fidelity, Krikorian earned his MBA from the University of Cincinnati.[1]
Shortly after receiving his MBA, he accepted a position with Deloitte and Touche as a Management Consultant where he worked on large-scale information technology projects at major corporations around the country.[1]
Krikorian become a Vice President and General Manager at Cincinnati Bell where he led a Corporate Solutions division of over 50 information technology and business professionals. He was also the Director Of Strategic Planning helping to set strategy for the company, evaluating acquisition targets and meeting with investment bankers.[1]
In 2000, Krikorian left Cincinnati Bell and founded DataSuite], a Cincinnati-based information technology infrastructure company, offering data center facilities to some of the city's largest corporations.[1]
In 2003, he sold DataSuites to a larger Cincinnati-based information technology company and moved on to found Parody Productions, which has become a multi-million dollar novelty publishing business, whose customer base numbers in the thousands. Parody, located in Cincinnati, does business with large corporations, as well as, small independent retailers.[1]

David Krikorian is challenging Rep. Jean Schmidt (R-OH.) in the 2008 congressional elections.[2]
