Edward Kriewall was a Democratic candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 11th Congressional District (map) of Michigan. He lost in the primary election which took place on August 5, 2008. [1]

Bio
Kriewall was Novi city manager from 1974 to 2000. He began working for Novi in 1969 as a public works superintendent and was director of public works and interim city manager before becoming city manager. [2]
2008 elections
Kriewall was seeking the Democratic nomination to challenge Rep. Thaddeus McCotter (R-Mich.) in the 2008 congressional elections.[3][4]
