Elwyn Glenn Tinklenberg is the Democratic candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 6th Congressional District (map) of Minnesota. He is also cross-endorsed by the Independence Party of Minnesota. He is the Democratic nominee seeking to challenge incumbent Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.).
