George Lilly is the Republican candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 1st Congressional District (map) of Colorado. He is seeking to replace incumbent Rep. Diana DeGette (D-Colo.), who is running for Senate. Lilly won the Republican nomination in the primary that took place in August 2008.
