Jay McGovern is a Democratic candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 4th Congressional District (map) of Florida. He is seeking the Democratic nomination to challenge incumbent Rep. Ander Crenshaw (R-Fla.). The primary will take place on August 26, 2008.
