Judy Baker is the Democratic candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 9th Congressional District (map) of Missouri. She is the Democratic nominee to replace incumbent Rep. Kenny Hulshof (R-Mo.), who announced in January that he would run for Governor and not seek re-election.[1] She won in primary elections which took place on August 5, 2008. [2]

Bio
Baker owns and operates a consulting firm called Cura Advantage. In addition to operating her business, she has served as part-time administrative director for ACTS International, a not-for-profit, humanitarian organization dedicated to building partnerships that benefit the country of Georgia, and as an adjunct professor teaching managerial economics at Columbia College. She formerly served as vice chairman of the Missouri Petroleum Storage Tank Insurance Fund. [3]
