Kevin Ragsdale is an Independent candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 4th Congressional District (map) of Tennessee. He is an Independent candidate challenging incumbent Rep. Lincoln Davis (D-Tenn.) in the November 2008 Congressional Elections.

Ragsdale believes in term limits for Congress, and has publicly stated he will not spend more than three (3) terms in the House of Representatives.

Kevin Ragsdale is a 42 year-old software developer for a manufacturing company in Manchester, TN. Born in Nashville and raised in White House, Tennessee, Ragsdale moved to Pennsylvania in 1986 and spent 13 years in the Philadelphia-area of the state. Ragsdale returned to Tennessee in 1999, eventually settling in Manchester in 2003.

Ragsdale believes strongly in public funding of Congressional campaigns, and he is not soliciting or accepting campaign contributions.
