Kirk Schuring is the Republican candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 18th Congressional District (map) of Ohio. With the endorsement of retiring incumbent Rep. Ralph Regula's (R-Ohio), he won the Republican nomination and will face Democratic candidate John Boccieri for Regula’s vacant seat.[1]
