Loren Collins is a Bull Moose write-in candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the Fourth Congressional District (map) of Georgia. He is conducting an independent write-in campaign to challenge incumbent Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA.). The election will take place on November 4, 2008.

Collins is an attorney working in Atlanta. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2004. In 2006 he ran as a write-in candidate in the Fourth Congressional District, against Hank Johnson and Catherine Davis.
