Overview of Publicly Available Congressional Ethics Documents

Introduction

The Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate maintain public records that contain many ethics and similar disclosures by Members. Although these documents are intended for public consumption, often times they can only be accessed by going to capitol hill and asking for paper copies.
