Raul L. Martinez won the Democratic candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 21st Congressional District (map) of Florida. He is seeking the Democratic nomination to challenge incumbent Rep. Lincoln Diaz-Balart (R-Fla.). He won in primary elections which took place on August 26, 2008. [1] [1]
