Rodger Jennings is the Green Party candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 12th Congressional District (map) of Illinois.[1] He won the Green Party nomination to challenge incumbent Rep. Jerry Costello (D-Ill.)by running unopposed in the primary on February 5th, 2008.
