HEADINGS
- Prospective Rules Online in Code?: This column indicates whether or not a state's statute or code makes specific note about whether or not rules need to be posted online before being enacted.
- Notice of Update: This column indicates whether or not a state's online database of regulations includes specific information about whether and how often it's updated.
- Days' Notice: Notes the length of time that the regulation must be available to the public before being enacted.
- Allows Free Reuse: What is the policy of reuse? Can you freely reformat it or incorporate it into other products and services?
