Steve O'Donnell was the Democratic candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 18th Congressional District (map) of Pennsylvania. He was the Democratic nominee to challenge incumbent Rep. Timothy Murphy (R-Pa.), having won the primary on April 22, 2008.[1] He lost to Murphy in the November general election.[2]
