CP: USA Today tally of votes

It appears that USA Today used the number of "delegates" rather than "supporters" in their vote tally for Alaska. In this context, I understand supporters to mean 'votes' and delegates to mean the first-level (district) delegates. Please correct this if I am mistaken.
