Titus North was a Green Party candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 14th Congressional District (map) of Pennsylvania. He was the Green Party nominee to challenge incumbent Rep. Michael Doyle (D-Pa.), but lost to Doyle in the November general election.[1]
