• Transparency International - Has a number of comparative reporting projects, largely centered around corruption.

• Global Centre for ICT in Parliament - Compares parliaments around the world rigorously based on well developed metrics. See especially the World eParliament Report 2008.

• National Conference on State Legislatures - Has resources on state transparency in various categories

• Council on Government Ethics Laws - Looks at government ethics, campaign finance, lobbying laws, and freeom of information.
