DavidNYC is the publisher of the Swing State Project and a contributing editor at Daily Kos. SSP created and maintained the first version of the Race Tracker in the 2007-2008 cycle. Now, in conjunction with the Sunlight Foundation's OpenCongress project, SSP serves as administrator of this site.

David is a lifelong Democrat, New Yorker & Mets fan. He also loves the Beatles, Elvis Costello & the Smiths.
