Wayne Dunlap was the Libertarian nominee for the 50th Congressional District of California.

Wayne Dunlap was the Libertarian nominee in the 2008 congressional elections for the 50th Congressional District (map) of California. He was the Libertarian nominee challenging incumbent Rep. Brian Bilbray (R-Calif.). He ran unopposed in primary elections, which took place on June 3, 2008, but lost to Bilbray in the November general election.[1]
