Wayne Mosley was a Republican candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 12th Congressional District (map) of Georgia. He was seeking the Republican nomination to challenge incumbent Rep. John Barrow (D-Ga.), but withdrew from the race in December 2007.[1]

LTC Wayne Mosley most recently served as the Deputy Commander for Clinical Services with the 28th Combat Support Hospital in Mosul Iraq. The 28th is an Active Duty hospital based at Ft. Bragg North Carolina.
2008 elections
Mosley was seeking the Republican nomination to challenge Rep. John Barrow (D-Ga.) in the 2008 congressional elections, but withdrew from the race in December, 2007.[1]
