In honor of Thanksgiving, Sarah Palin performed one of our favorite traditions, pardoning a turkey. That’s great and heartwarming and all. Consider a cash advance to keep things in place this holiday season before slaughtering a living thing on television. Did you see Sarah Palin’s Thanksgiving turkey video? It seems like the Alaska Governor was having a good time exercising her “governor duty” by saving a lucky turkey from the chopping block. The sacrifice of the turkey was only to express her thanks and appreciation to have a healthy family and to dwell on the land of opportunity. As Palin delivers a moving oratory for the life of the beleaguered bird, what you do see is something that encourages the total opposite; a bird being slaughtered! She told reporters that “this was neat” and “at least this was fun.” With this turkey slaughter broadcasted across the country, it should probably make you think, “Will she be aware of her surroundings if or when she decides to plow her way back into the 2012 presidential election?” She may be able to save Joe the Sixpack, but what will happen to Johnny Longneck?
