Many thanks for carrying this bill.

Massive projects are beeing run in wealthy corporation to “optimize”, the global taxes payed, through an impressive network of Tax Havens Holdings, price transfer changes.
    Please have a look here : http://oracle-tchooze-fr.blogspot.com/2009/07/employment-destruction.html

Where will US get the funding for the recovery plan and wellfare funding ?

Please look at this Oracle 10K Extract : “Fiscal 2009 Compared to Fiscal 2008: Provision for income taxes decreased during fiscal 2009 in comparison to fiscal 2008 due to a lower effective tax rate, which was primarily the result of a higher proportion of our worldwide taxable income being earned in lower tax rate jurisdictions.”
Isn’t it time now for a renewal in citizenship, Citizen wellfare Politics ?
    - Politics that would enforce the world people voices, and rule the way corporations operates ?
    - Politics that would bring back trust in our world, in our economy, in our lives, for our children.
    TIA.

FYI, we feel this bill is a mandatory option as employee representation and control is been regularly refused on those heaven Islands subsidiaries.
Oracle is running tens of companies there.

There is an other flaw in the existing Whisleblowing SOAX processes. Companies requiere compliance towards the “Corporate Ethics Code”, and their local Law.
However, there is no commitment to enforce distant law/regulation violations.
For example, an employee in Cayman Islands is due to respect Cayman regulation and the Corporate Code. He may be asked to break US tax rules. Many Corporate Ethics Guides permits that, allowing such company to convey for example covert tax evasions, with an apparent compliance radar running blind.
