I am very supportive of this Bill, as I believe it necessary that we repair the land that has been destroyed by the oil crisis as soon as possible. What better way to repair what was damaged than with money paid by those who directly damaged it? As few taxpayer dollars as possible should be used, as it was not the fault of the taxpayers that this awful tragedy occurred.
