    to preserve it’s cultural heritage? that’s ridiculous double-speak. would ohioans like their lakes or rivers named for sarah palin?

    sarah palin has spent more time in ohio than mckinley did in alaska.

    This bill must die along with all that came before it and failed. These Ohio guys (not saying everyone in Ohio, just these guys they elected) are idiots. What on Earth does the name of a mountain THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY HAVE TO DO WITH YOUR STATE? The name? Ohio has no right to name a mountain outside their boundaries and not affecting the state. Alaska itself recognizes the mountain as Denali.

    Go name your own mountains after your presidents because frankly, McKinley hasn’t got a darn thing to do with the mountain nor the state.
