This is phase 2 of 3 in the socialist’s/progressive’s plan to destroy the insurance companies and completely socialize healthcare into a single payer socialist system run by the federal government.

Phase 1 gives them the power to control the health insurance companies like puppets and gives them the power to destry them.

Phase 2 puts into place the public option.

Phase 3 will happen over several years as the federal government squeezes every insurance company out of the field, leaving only the public option as the single payer system or full socialized medicine.

Hey, no one is forcing you to take the public option. You can just continue to pay your premiums and go about your merry way while someone who doesn’t have insurance can finally get their children covered.

This congress and this administration rammed a health care bill down our throats that we NEVER wanted. Why? Because it did not address ONE root cause problem that we have in the greatest health care system in the world. Now you want to add a public option. You folks are nuts. Ask those in England who their 60 year nightmare has worked out?

Do you own a health insurance company? If you do, then congratulations! You have just been awarded 134,000,000 new customers thanks to the new healthcare reform act that you disapprove of.

If you do not own an insurance company do you have health insurance? If you do then why are you complaining? If you don’t, then you might want to take another look at the Public Option, unless, of course, you own a truckload of stock in these insurance companies.

EVERYONE is entitled to healthcare. It should not be for profit, not should it be a burden for employers. Too many employers offer part-time jobs to avoid the healthcare issue!!

I think we’ve all heard enough of the “ohhh! Look out! The socialist are at your door.” This is not a socialist plot. It is just including everyone beneath the healthcare umbrella. It’s simple. If you believe healthcare is a human right, then you will see the Public Option as one way to provide it. If you do not believe healthcare is a basic human right, you will not. The fact is there are a lot of middle class folks who can not afford decent and adequate healthcare not to mention all those in the lower income bracket. The Public Option will force Insurance Companies to bring premiums in line with the clients ability to pay. It’s that simple.
