    You’re apparently delusional….

Yes, Security in regards to internet communications is /very/ important, however, giving the government control of everything that needs to ‘be secure’ is just giving the government more power to infringe on our rights as citizens.

Bills 773 and 778 give the president essentially free reign to ‘shut down’ communications during a “cyber-emergency”…whatever that is, the bills do not specify what constitutes an ‘emergency’…I have a couple of ideas though…what about groups of citizens who decide to stand up for our rights under the constitution and decide that the government needs to be brought in check.

We have become a society that is willing to accept “freedom” to be defined as “Whatever the government will let us do that IT thinks is safe for us, and safe for them to protect the government from the people”.

And you want to trust this to the pathological liars and Luciferians that have inhabited the congress and the presidency?!? Hr1388, 1444, SB773, 778 have NO Constitutional authority. Is this still a Constitutional republic?!? Or are we a military oligarchy?

  • Ocyris 04/03/2009 9:04am

Last thing we need is a bureaucrat managing IT security. I do not trust politician to not abuse this position for political gains much less put the right person in such a position.

This is just another dictatorial power grab by a fascist administration, and a slap in the face of the CONSTITUTION! This bill go hand in hand with S.773, and would be a blatant attack on the 4th ammendment.

  • WA_patriot 04/05/2009 9:07am

Just what we need. We can’t afford the massive pile of junk our government has already become. It is marvelously inefficient, self-serving and costs to high heaven already.

You’d think the unconstitutional usurpations in the patriot act would be sufficient enough an invasion of privacy for them already!

This is definitely a power grab. It is introduced as legislation meant to protect us. The government installs fear of not being protected from so called cybercrime (fascism)and then uses the power to control us. Congress is going to let Obama have whatever he wants. It will be up to the citizens of the US to unseat him. All of us and every one we can get to go with us needs to be at a Tea Party April 15Th!

True. Write call our government representatives. Get involved in the protest tax tea parties. Talk to friends and neighbors to get their support also.

We are headed the way of Argentina under Peron.

Look at what Hugo Chavez is doing down in Venezuela.

I agree it will be used to prevent citizens from organizing against our now tyrannical federal government. No question about it. Just look at part of a list of things that the government has done to take us down:

The Community Reinvestment Act Congress repealed the Glass-Stegall Act the controlled commercial bands from selling stocks and bonds, put in effect after the first big depression, opening up banks for fraudulent transactions. Thanks to Alan Greenspan.

Making our central banks beholding to foreign banks.

Wall Street corruption caused by the federal government, ie Hank Paulson giving $300 billion dollars of the $700 billion to his bank buddies, our tax payer money. This guy out to be hung from a white oak tree. Now we got Geithner, he wants to use an international world currency and be damn the dollar……I think just maybe some one better read our United States Constitution.

Some where along the line we just might have Treason here?

Article II, Section 4 of The Constitution states: The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Let the people be the judge if our leaders a putting our Citizens and our Country in jeopardy. ?

  • Strankon 04/06/2009 6:11am

Yeah, but is there anyone with a degree in constitutional law, willing to fight the good fight?

  • Moonage 04/08/2009 10:27am

If you’re referring to the bills, there is nothing legally to fight, yet. If the bills are enacted, then there will be fights. I’m going to guess the telecommunications industry ( that would be a special interest ) are there right now fighting the good fight ( lobbying heavily against it ).

The internet, as the last bastion of unexpurgated information, is now in congress’s cross-hairs. We all know they want to have ultimate control over the information we receive so that they can censor information and keep the people in the dark about their dark agenda, that being ultimately unlimited control.

ROCKEFELLER and his uncle David Rockefeller are the top illuminati in the U.S. and the internet is ruining their plans of the GLOBAL NWO takeover, and enslavement of people. They are DIRECTLY responsible for all these wars and the bankster thefts from Treasury to Wall Street. The Rockefeller Foundation financially backs 95% depopulation via toxic vaccines and chemtrails. He will CONTINUE to propose bills of this type unless he leaves congress. Vote fraud will keep him in. I’m OUTRAGED by his even proposing this bill. The U.S. is NOT secure BECAUSE OF congress’ open border policies. The internet has nothing to do with it, except to awaken people to his family’s EVIL. Rockefeller should turn his FULL ATTENTION to the ILLEGALS CROSSING THE BORDERS with no hindrance from Homeland INSecurity. THINK ABOUT IT: Has Senator Rockefeller EVER proposed anything GOOD for the American people?
