    • On February 22, 2008, by seatwist - There are too many children getting severly injured and some have died because they are riding on ATVs that are not the right size for them. It's a shame that we can't leave the discression to the parents to not allow young children on adult sized vehicles. When it comes to the safety of children, I have np problem with Congress intervening and enforcing a law to protect the children.
