Antoine Members is the Republican candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 1st Congressional District (map) of Illinois. He will face Rep. Bobby Rush (D-Ill.) in the general election in November 2008.


Positions, record and controversies


U.S. Congress candidate Antoine Members was born and raised on the Westside of Chicago. He worked in the health care industry for seven years and currently works for Cook County Department of Corrections. He is a devoted husband and father to his beautiful wife, Tònia and their two children, Destiny and Journey and is a long time member st Living Word Christian Center.
