Frankie Robbins is the Democratic candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 3rd Congressional District (map) of Oklahoma. He secured the Democratic nomination to challenge incumbent Rep. Frank Lucas (R-Okla.) after running unopposed in the Democratic primary held July 29, 2008.[1]
